  Every time I call the Greg Long Agency I feel like my business is genuinely appreciated. His staff always makes me feel like I am their most important client and when I dealing with Mr. Long, Greg, I feel like I am calling a friend I've known for 20 years. Last year I had my car stolen, recovered 9 days later, and totaled in an auto accident 8 hours after it was recovered. Greg personally handled my claim. He cancelled the policy when it was stolen, helped me re-activate the policy when it was found, made sure my medical bills got paid, and most importantly, personally made sure I was ok & getting the right treatment. I use the Greg Long Agency for my auto, home, & life insurance. I even have policies for my children to ensure they will have coverage in the future. I am so pleased with the personal level of service I receive that I have also switched over my 401(k). I trust my family & our future to the Greg Long Agency. I won't use any other insurance agent.
